We source East Coast ingredients such as mushrooms grown in our very own Annapolis Valley or a select gourmet mushroom variety only found in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We build sustainable relationships with our local farmers which supports the local food movement, farm markets and our community.  Our culinary delights are hand crafted with East Coast ingredients.
